1.1. The VectorX Skill-Based Game Competition (hereinafter referred to as "Competition") is organized and hosted by VectorX (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer").
1.2. By participating in the Competition, the entrant (hereinafter referred to as "Participant") agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Agreement document.
1.3. The Competition is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited.
2.1. The Competition is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States.
2.2. Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
2.3. There must be a minimum of twenty (20) registered players for prize eligibility to kick in.
3.1. The Competition commences on November 15th, 2023 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and concludes on December 15th, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Competition Period").
4.1. To enter the Competition, Participants must submit their game score, first name, last name, and a valid email address at the end of the game.
4.2. Each Participant is allowed to play and submit their scores as many times as they want but is limited to using only one (1) email to enter during the Competition Period.
4.3. Any attempts to submit multiple entries using different email addresses or aliases will result in disqualification.
4.4. By submitting an entry, Participants warrant that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5.1. Prizes will be awarded based on the score level achieved by the Participant during the Competition Period.
5.2. The Organizer will determine the prize structure and distribution at its sole discretion.
5.3. Winners will be notified on or after December 16th, 2023 via the email address provided at the time of entry.
5.4. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash equivalents will be allowed, except at the discretion of the Organizer.
5.5. All taxes, fees, and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
6.1. By participating in the Competition, Participants grant the Organizer and its affiliates the right to use their name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Competition.
7.2. The Organizer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Competition, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise.
8.1. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Competition will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of the Organizer's choosing, without giving effect to its conflicts of law principles.
8.2. By participating in the Competition, Participants agree that any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Competition shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the state of the Organizer's choosing.
9.1. Any personal information submitted by Participants during the Competition will be collected and used by the Organizer in accordance with its privacy policy, which can be found on the Organizer's website.
9.2. By participating in the Competition, Participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purpose of administering the Competition and for any other purposes outlined in the Organizer's privacy policy.
9.3. The Organizer will take all reasonable measures to protect the personal information of Participants, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
10.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be posted on the Organizer's website, and Participants are advised to review these terms and conditions regularly.
10.2. Continued participation in the Competition after any such amendments will be deemed as acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.
11.1. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remainder of these terms and conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
12.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and the Organizer with respect to the Competition and supersede any prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
12.2. Any questions, comments, or concerns about these terms and conditions or the Competition should be directed to the Organizer through the contact information provided on the Organizer's website.
